Aren't the Minish Cap and the green 4-Swords Link the same as the Wind Waker Toon Link?

just out of curiosity, has any discussions or debates come up about separating the Link variations before?

In 4 Swords, all four Links are the same Link. It's just confusing because only one of them is still wearing green.

I think the 4 Swords Collective Link is the same one as in Minish Cap, but those games take place in Hyrule, which means they can't logically be the same as Toon Link from Wind Waker, since that game is set somewhere like a hundred to a thousand years later.

I don't think FS Link and TMC Link are the same Link, since there's a lot of time between the two games. Then there's the gamecube FS to consider...

The one on the bottom left is Oracle Link. (ALTTP and LA have the same Link). All it's missing is TLoZ & AoL Link (and FSA's multiple Links(?).

All we need now is Skyward Sword Link.
