(It's a photoshop) If you're the anonymous who was confused about Fate Stay/Night and Haruhi continuity, there still isn't any. You can't hold fans making parodies and photoshop crossovers responsible for the canon of a universe.
Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu is based on a novel series by Tanigawa Nagaru, no associations to any of those other series with maybe the exception of the artist and producers who brought the series to TV or helped creat the manga series. There are 8 Volumes and 1 bonus chapter/story (The Return of Suzumya Haruhi) and they are rather well written. Currently reading the books to kill time to the last Harry Potter book. The current 14 ep TV series covered book 1, most of the chapters from book 3 except one the events of which, the Tanabata festival, (Book 3, Chapter 2:Bamboo Leave Rapsody, *major spoiler*) are hinted at in the series (Episode 7(8):Mystérique Sign), prolog and chapter from book 5 (Book 5, Prolog+Chapter 1:The Day of Sagittarius), and one chapter out of book 6 (Book 6, Chapter 2:Asahina Mikuru's Adventure Episode 00).
