True that. They are usually the softest and smoothest, thanks to the pressure applied when the lid was pressed on.

I usually eat it that way to lessen the impact of my huge fiery hands melting the edges of the cold tasty.

I've been told not to serve from the centre of the dish so I naturally eat ice cream starting from the sides :P
