Okay, so this is either error in this or post #2199587, or artist is purposefully depicting Yato as ghost/undead in this version of the drawing (his kimono worn right side over the left side) - which would make sense since the image is in the pool titled "Afterlife" - but not in the revised version. Or I'm probably missing some essential knowledge to understand what's going on due to not having watched the series yet.
