Is this from something or did someone just make this up?

i want to say it is one of Clamps works, Clover, but im not sure at all.

The artificial wing is reminiscent of Clover, although the artificial arm is more like something from TEXHNOLYZE.

This is great! Something with detail.

Could it be a mashup of the two? it doesnt resemble the style of either Clamp or ABe.

Looks a bit like Cassie, an original character created by deviantart user AceRailgun.

Edit: Looked into it a bit. It seems like Cassie was created around 2012 so while this pic might have served as inspiration, it's way too old to actually be her (not to mention that Cassie doesn't have a mechanical leg).
