A 3 month repair instead of sinking outright? If she makes this into a training regimen Kongou just might become as indestructible as an average harem protagonist.
Yeah... even if she was at fully Burning Love power, Kongou has no chance against Flandre... I don't think anyone does in KanColle...
ZUN didn't really think the implications of 'power to destroy anything' through. If taken at face value there is no character in existence in fiction, reality, history or mythology that does have a chance. One of the perks of not bothering to deconstruct or explore the limitations of abilities, I guess.

In the end they play danmaku anyway, so the power is irrelevant.
Another thing I noticed is that Aoba's body may not be fully chibi, but I think it's effects are still there. Cuz she's looking a little malformed there, like halfway between chibi and normal, yanno? Gaining a resistance to the antidote mushroom, perhaps? Wait, that would mean she's still been eating...[insert horrible graphic image here, thankfully mosaic'd out]

I think it's more that the Lonely Hearts club is usually drawn chibi-style for humour's sake.

Please, it's called a cloaking device and a wooden stake. Just being able to destroy something quickly isn't that impressive quite frankly. In fact fiction is FULL of such powers, but unless the user is omnipotent and omniscient raw destructive power does not invincibility make in the slightest, particularly when wielded by someone as stupid as Flandre is by all indications.
So you're using the same logic as a hentai comic of giving the faceless rapists whatever plot device they need to do anything they want. Great, that sure does validate your point.
BTW touhou vampires aren't killed by their weaknesses. They're more of inconveniences. It's been said that after being fully disintergated by sunlight they have to wait until nightfall to regenerate, so a wooden stake is going to do fuck all.
