Not the typical Hakurei no Miko that I know. Meiling and Okuu expressions are really cute.
That Harkurei no Miko is the one who retired before Reimu, and she is also Reimu's mother. Her hair ribbon is also different, and she always wears Leotards inside the miko costume.

Not that it had to, but that post makes a lot more sense, now. Moreover, I keep looking at his Hakurei Miko; she's always so innocent and (seemingly) oblivious to everything, but she has all that power. Don't know why, but that just tickles me, lol.
