    “On Treatment Towards Violator of Military Regulation” Proposed by: Akitsumaru

    This came from the Landing Carrier Akitsumaru who arrived in our naval base yesterday.

    She pointed out that in addition to unignorable violation of military regulation here, the punishment given is also too light.

    The discipline in the IJA was much more than severe, to the point that it became a big concern for the higher-ups since it affected the troops' morale. Add that to a war that had become much more difficult than expected, I am talking about the Sino-Japanese war here, the IJA became that ticking bomb that exploded with the ugly results that we all know from History.
