The joke is that while Shimakaze is the resident speedster of Kancolle, with an offshore speed of 40.9 knots (75.74 kilometres and 47.06 miles), the four other speedsters in this image FAR outclass her, with Sonic, Quick Man and The Flash being massively faster than light. Even Straight Cougar, who’s the slowest out of the quartet, can easily break the sound barrier with a kick alone. Either that, or Shimakaze’s realised just how annoying a speed-centric individual can be
