They're naked in the American PSP version too. This cg is from the Japanese Special Edition version of Riviera, where they do indeed wear bathing suits.
Wow, they must have had tons of awesome new content in the special edition then, because if they had to add bathing suits to this scene, there had to be other scenes of awesomeness, right?

The Japanese are touchy now? *shrug*. The original Japanese PSP version of Riviera didn't even HAVE the bathing scenes (once you did the requirements, you got a black screen instead of the CG much to the RAGE of the Japanese, I hear)
I guess to compromise for the SE, they added bathing suits since they apparantly weren't comfortable keeping the nudity). In any case, this cg right here is ab-so-fucking-lutely awful. It's blown up to hell for some reason. I can upload all 4 cgs with far better quality if anyone cares.

Fraid not. The Special Edition has both a Japanese and English voice track. And the ability to save anywhere. That's about it.
Weird how japan's getting touchy about nudity (and not even graphic nudity at that) in games... and how the US is getting less censored versions. (Still even then it's side boob stuff)
Still I think us yanks are laughing last in this matter; since the save matter isn't that big of a deal... though some would beg to differ about the extra voice track.
