Severa must want to see how much bigger she is compared to her mom. XD
According to the DLC missions, Cordelia is actually a lot flatter than her breastplate makes it look like, and Severa is definitely bustier than her mother. Which pleases her, since she considers it the only advantage she has over her mother. It's like everyone in this game have self-esteem issues.
