Not sure where you guys see the three legs... I see the thigh of the crossed leg.
Except if you look at it, the left thigh isn't rotated, it starts out straight forward like the right. Crossing her leg like that would only be possible if it was broken mid-thigh.
EDIT: Not even then, since the left thigh is level with the right, and for crossing it over, it should be raised at the hip...
