Regardless of the outcome, it looks like that Re-class took some damage in order to get that far. The armor on the tail is notably damaged, most of its gun barrels are split or outright severed, and there are several scars along the tail and even a few on the body. If it was a one-on-one with Tenryuu, then that light cruiser must have put up a hell of a fight.
Then again, it's more likely that Re-class simply annihilated an entire fleet and is snacking on the remains.
