Swimsuit under swimsuit might be quite appropriate seeing as at least Patchy seems to have bikini top under her front-tie and Alice either has another bikini top or more likely double-straps on her.

Possibly. I do like that Alice and Patchy have matching bracelets, though.
And yes, that's another bikini top on Patchy, while Alice has what appears to be a single black strap tied to the straps in each side.
