I think the joke is that suika doesn't have any genital hair, so they don't curl either to the left or right, since she's tapping her skirt, I'm not sure though...
Re-edited the TNs to make them more English-friendly. Kudos to the translators who managed to come up with the alternate puns.

She also says her "hair" isn't "curled to either left or right"... because she doesn't have any hair to curl. "To curl" is punning with "loop" maki aforementioned.
