There is nowhere in the artist commentary or tags that say that these are genderswaps. The artists just mentions that "these are too cute to be girls" or something like that.

Both 男の娘 and 艦ショタ are tagged. "男の娘" loosely means "trap" and "艦ショタ" is "Shota ships".

Those tags weren't added by the artist though, but by other users afterwards. You can tell because they don't have an asterisk.
