It's most likely based on the old games, though inspired by the release of Thief 4. Her heterochromia matches Garrett's, although in his case it's just that his mechanical eye has a gold coloring, while it seems this character has both eyes intact. Her entire clothing, particularly her hood and the fact that one arm is covered and the other bare, also resembles Garrett's in general, although obviously more feminine. She also seems to overlap a bit with Houtengeki's "RPG class" drawings.
