Well, Kanami is younger than Rise. She looks up to Rise as her idol, in more than one sense. At the end of P4, Rise was 16. So given the timeline, Kanami is probably 15-17.

Hard to tell how much is real and how much is pushing up/stuffing/etc as unlike Rise and Co's, Kanami's outfit can hide things better.
