「野分まだかなー？」

...or, "Is Nowaki here yet?" seems to imply that the hand Maikaze is holding is that of the Kagerou-class destroyer Nowaki.

Nowaki and Maikaze were both in the 4th Destroyer Division along with Hagikaze and Arashi.

As of November 18, 2013, Maikaze is the only ship of the 4th Destroyer Division available in Kantai Collection.
