It looks like Shou's name in the first bubble of the fourth panel was fixed from "聖" to "星". Additionally, the panels sans the Title have been shifted down by a couple of millimeters.
Everyone should be checking out Sanae's boobs. And seriously now, a little steam censoring is fine now and then, but this is getting outright obnoxious!
