Katarina has Garen face-check the bush, finds two enemies hiding in there and Katarina as usual just murders them.. I guess?
No real joke in there though.

In the previous comic, Kat asked Garen if she can use his body. Garen thought in the wrong context. Garen went to the bush thought he'd get some, only for Kat to use Shunpo on him and... well kill Voli and Fid apparently.

That looks like Nasus, but I'm not sure.
