Looks like the artist adapted the EZ-TP which looks like a tactical trumpet in the first place. I remember seeing it in Japan when it first came out.

The gun looks to be further influenced by the FAMAS (bipod design/carry handle), pretty much any given submachinegun (bolt design is indicative of straight blowback and 32 rounds is a typical magazine capacity for several 9mm subguns, including the MP40, Sten, and Uzi), and HK (SEF fire selector/valves).

fittingly, the FAMAS is nicknamed "le Clairon" (the bugle) by French soldiers.
