やべぇ is a dialectal/corrupted version of やばい. Since it doesn't sound like she was taking a video call, I'm almost certain Kaguya's talking about her own face, how bad it must look right now, so she can't let it be seen. It's also possible she means Mokou's face, as in "I can't look her in the face," but that amounts to nearly the same thing.

I'm leaning toward her own face though.
