Well, that's a good trick. Not only did her re-aging apparently never happen (since she's listed in port #1497280 as 22, compared to 34 for the Inners), but apparently Hotaru also manages to be two years younger as Saturn than as her civilian self...

That's because the picture is drawn to show the time Hotaru teamed up with Sailor New Moon in an incident 2 years ago.

Oh, duh, of course New Moon is Mikage rather than Koyomi - what with the glaringly obvious pink hair and being mentioned by name. Ignore me, I'm not paying proper attention. (I'm still a bit curious about why Hotaru wasn't re-aged in this continuity, though; I guess things must have diverged somewhere after the end of Sailor Moon S...)
