    ありのまま起こった事を話すぜ！俺は予てから楽しみにしていた「パシフィック・リム」を見に行った帰りに某家電量販店で液晶タブレットを触って（13HDと22HDどっちが買いかな～）と悩んだ挙句そのまま出てサンダルを見に某靴屋へ行った！そこでサンダルの試し履きをしているビッチがなんとブラチラとパンチラを同時にしているじゃないか！たまには外に出るのもいいね！■本当は鏡に映ってるのを見たんだが俺にはそれを描き上げる画力が無かったぜ！

    "Bitch" in Japanese can mean many things, like the English "bitch", or it can mean acting slutty, or being/looking offensive, or pushy, or hostile/mean, or being a tigress...
    It depends on the context.
    From the comment, I'm guessing it means someone who doesn't have the reserve/restraint/modesty/shyness of a traditional Japanese woman.
