Anyone else getting the "you gonna get raped" vibe from this?
He really has a Shingeki no Kyojin titan face going on there.
Personally enough I never liked this design ever since the initial leak, it made him look like a bondage slave. He may be a real slave in life and a masochist to boot, but still one would expect the world's most famous gladiator to dress something more like you know, a gladiator, Fate's tendency to use Rule of Cool notwithstanding.

Well, in story he showed what true berserker is, so yes. EX Endurance + EX Mad Enhancement = Soloing entire castle, army of mythical 1~3 tonne golems and even throwing some Servants as they were pebbles. "you gonna get raped" all right. Seriously, this guy is nuke in human form. Even his master had to use him like a force of nature (probable have to do with him being revel leader, I guess). I agree that his fashion sense is terrible, though. Still, for some reason Urobuchi liked it so it stuck.
"Nuke in human form" is an overstatement though, given that he has no any other means of attacking other than his normal physical attacks(AKA. smashing stuffs), even considering power boosts and whatever.
And well in the sense of "true Berserker" it depends on how you take the definition of that class. If you're talking as "a class to power-up pathetically weak Eirei to make them strong enough to stand against higher tier Eireis" then I agree because even as a rebel leader, Spartacus was never said to be any much physically stronger than your typical gladiator and not even that good as a commander, relying more on numbers and morale(outnumbering the Romans by like 10 to 1). As a Berserker, I would still say he is far inferior to Hercules, Lancelot and Lu Bu.
The part that doesn't made me feel like he's a real Berserker is the fact that he talks normally though, it's one of those moments where Nasuverse writers doesn't hesitate to break rules established earlier in order to make their own new characters.

But in apocrypha, even fragment of stone that was destroyed by his strike had enough prana to crush Servant's armor, even his missed swing of sword was enough to knock back Astolfo (sure, he isn't that much of fighter but this was from missed attack from Berserker) + any attack on him is converted into prana. Also, while he does speak, it is impossible to have any conversation because he fail to comprehend any word. In fact, his master need at least 2 Command spells, and When his Noble Fantasm fires up, even 3 total Command spells won't do anything. Of course, he won't be that unstoppable against mythical heroes such as Hercules or maybe Lancelot - he did got captured by Vlad III's Noble Phantasm - but he is seriously strong one.

Although conversation is rarely possible in the Berserker class, and his Mad Enhancement rank is not necessarily low, but mutual understanding will certainly not come into existence.
Without a need to follow most instruction, his only joy is to slay the strong.
