Is this really "Big Core" or "Dai Koa?" The title looks suspiciously familiar.

I believe the artist was intentionally going for that play on words.
While the Core/Koa (こあ) part could be interpreted either way, Dai (だい) and Big/Bikku (びっく) are different.
