Mahjong is fucking weird to me, I never understood (Or remembered anyways) those damn rules, they might as well be playing anything for me

Mahjong tiles are like a deck of cards, so there are a series of different games you can play with it. There are a few ways you can play with three, five or two players. Even if it's not common it still exists.

One of them was invented by the Great Nobuyuki Fukumoto (Ten, Akagi,Kaiji, etc.). A lot of the mahjong variants he creates in his mangas end up as real games.
