It seems that, in Xillia, there is a skit where some of the male characters talk about the breasts of someone.
Didn't research deep into it, but the "baribo" thing comes from there.

It is about a skit in Xillia, both Alvin and Rowen tease Jude about the growth into a true man involving this baribou, making Jude shout it, Milla and Leia hear it and avoid Jude because baribou is supposedly something perverted, which is never explained but it have the innuendo of breasts, yes.

The skit was Alvin and Rowen making Jude shout "TEACH ME ABOUT BZONGAS!" when Milla and Leia walked by.
