Not sure if it fits the Gameplay mechanic since Rengar has one of the lowest hp regeneration

I'd argue it would be since it's explicitly brought up by Nidalee.

Lady Rengar looks a lot like Leo from Dog Days.

Lady Rengar also seems to forget she can heal her wounds by SHOUTING THEM AWAY.

I think the bigger question is... Why doesn't Rengar use Empowered Battle Roar?
