This is Futanari.

They dont have to have vagina's, and are allowed to have just penis and testicles to be determined as Futanari.

I prefer them without vagina's, or at leats prefer them with testicles, penis and vagina.

They are 'complete' then.

Rather then just some over enlarged clitoris sticking out like a huge penis.
