Changed it again. Its a cat, there are 2 other pics in this set with Miko, Tojiko and Seiga as cats. There is nothing in Futo's appearance aside from the bone and the wagging tail that makes me think she is not a cat.
And as for the dog attitude is simply a joke about Futo's personality
