Would Pop Star cracking in half be sufficient reason for Gameplay Mechanics from Megaton Punch? Considering that's what happens with a perfect score. I'll leave it up to you guys, since I'm not sure it's a direct enough reference.
I don't think it warrants the pool, no. It's a reference to something that happens in the game, but it doesn't reference any of the mechanics. Now, if it had the gauge at the right hand of the screen, or if it listed the high-score, that would be an obvious inclusion, but I think that here, since there's no way you'd be able to tell that it's a reference to the video-game, we can't justifiably include it.
