What is holding up those swords? That's a legitimate question, I had it come up with a cosplay recently, and if there's a way to secure two swords while wearing a swimsuit without any visible straps or anything I want to know about it...
Probably nothing, just like in a lot of video games. They just kind of magnetically attaches themselves on to the character's back, even if they have them wearing a swimsuit. I'd imagine to mimic that similar reality defying attachment, you'd have to use something like clear plastic straps to keep the items worn or some other way of keeping them attached to your person.

There's also no way to draw or sheathe katana in that position...
