I think it's creepy for plenty a reason. Or does nobody else notice the grotesque humanoids behind her? Actually I'm exaggerating a bit, other than the weird proportions and the odd dislocated joint they're far less creepy than b-movie stock zombie footage. Although it could just be me being weird like that.
