Either Cirno or Meiling would be Chie (Cirno uses ice, has almost the same hairstyle, and is not particularly well-endowed; Meiling uses kung-fu)

Naoto would have to be either Udonge (guns) or Wriggle (short-haired reverse trap)

Rise would definitely be Hatate, no question.

MC would be either Reimu (main character) or Marisa (ultra-pimp)

If MC is Marisa, then Yosuke, Kanji and Teddie would be in the bathhouse.
