I think you'd need to explain your reasoning for it to be honest. Some of the images being given that tag from my perspective are primarily due to people using tags that give away things that could have been avoided.
Ideally we need a tag for Eren in his Titan form so we don't require people using his name for his Titan form, which imo is a horrible spoiler and having a tag for his titan form helps remove the necessity on some of these images to even have the spoiler tag.
