her uniform is the wrong color to be waffen, but if she's not waffen-SS then she shouldn't be wearing Sigrunen. I'm not certain if the totenkopf was worn by members of the weirmacht, or if weirmacht uniforms had division name strips on their sleaves.

You realise that all waffen-ss units wore feldgrau uniforms, and only tank crews wore black uniforms, she’s a marder crewman so wears a field grey panzerjacke
