Assuming they can pull this off, let's look at what we're working with.
Just with the plain Pair-Up bonuses alone, assuming starting class, every stat under 10, and no support bonus (yes, I know it's impossible for that second point just for Frederick and Say'ri alone, but still):
Now, let's assume everyone has an A support with My Unit, and while we're at it, let's add the character's base stats to the mix (as in, their stats as soon as they join the team)
Attack +13 Magic +10 Skill +10 Speed +36 (complete overkill at this point) Luck +18 Defense +19 Resistance +11 Movement +2
We could go even higher by using Master Seals on some of the people who haven't promoted. If we want to assume everyone has at least 30 in every stat, then you would have up to +27 in almost every stat (at least +20, probably).
