Unless the Artist says otherwise, that looks like one of Satsuma prefecture's Double Barreled 'Heavy' Arquebuses from the Sengoku Jidai.
Wouldn't want to fire that thing, personally. If you look, there's no stock (also adding to me thinking it's an arquebus), so it'd kick like a horse and then some.

I'm not changing the tag though, as I'd only feel safe in that if it wasn't Artist Marked as 'Shotgun' and I can't read Japanese...
