Sorry if i'm a noob or something, but I just want an information. The Yosuga no Sora Game is really animated like this or is this just a fan-made animation or something?

The picture doesn't look like its the kind of animation you normally see in animated visual novels. I have also never heard of the game having animated cgs or scenes. So I don't think that it does. But I haven't personally played the game so if someone else has, please correct me.
Also check the description for the pool this image is in.

I have seen a few Visual Novels in production that are experimenting with moving avatars and cutscenes, without being fully animated. As for this particular VN, I'm not entirely sure.

Never played it. However, it's an obvious, but good, animation edit of a static image.
