Saw bits and pieces when I was a kid because it came just before the shows I liked, couldn't really understand anything but picked up some essential parts of the plot that allowed me to understand many, many references in later works...
I just wonder if it'll be up to par for today's standards.
They're making it closer to the story line of the manga, which is much better than the actual season set up. Here's to praying they do a straight through instead of monster-of-the-day BS.
