First of all, yes, that is the -sama honorific being applied to a motorcycle. Read up on the Bousouzoku and it should seem a little less strange.
Second, "Fuu-Rin-Ka-Zan" (風林火山) was the abbreviated motto of feudal Japanese warlord Takeda Shingen. Expanded, it meant rougly "swift as the wind, quiet as a forest, destructive as fire, immovable as a mountain"; a typically "badass" name for a bousouzoku bike.This is a token of our apology...Please forgive them.
