That's probably the side glance Ganondorf threw Link and Zelda when they were spying on him in the Hyrule castle (throne?) room in OoT.

Yep, that was it.

I'm guessing he's flashing back to how he declared his intent to destroy their descendants when they sealed him in OoT.

I think the term that best suits the scene is "Irony" since he's probably thinking "Heh, figures."

Edit: On an unrelated note, I think it's interesting that Nintendo decided to actually let OoT, MM and WW run like a trilogy. MM alone was odd enough since each game was traditionally an unrelated story.
