Hm it does touch her hair, though the sensivity to sunlight shouldn't rly harm them. Nonetheless she shouldn't be standing there, yes. And there shouldn't be so much sunlight in SDM, yet there are so big windows there, when there should be no real windows.

Artists drawing the SDM glaringly incorrect is really a pretty common thing it seems like. Most of them forget the clock tower, the lack of windows, or the library being in the basement on a regular basis.
