Yukari is probably the oldest character in touhou, but who knows? Maybe Rinnosuke is older.

Yukari looked pretty loli in PCB and CoLA Yukari WAS loli. (Same with SWR concept art even though she is not one in the game)
So, there are many official pictures with a loli Yukari. Heck, even the only ones depicting her with Rinnosuke have her look like a little girl.

The privilege of being the oldest Touhou character currently belongs to Eirin. She was alive when the Lunar Capital was founded and that's typically considered an antideluvian event (though not on the other side of the formation of Heaven using a giant keystone).

Nobody knows when the lunar capital was founded,nobody knows how far in the past that happened and please do you guys rely believe that 100 mil years old bs ? i don't. Touhou is full of contradictions sometimes even Zun doesn't know what he is writing.
