その日私は夢を見た。
ちょっとだけ背の伸びたお姉さまと私が仲良く歩いている夢。
私が望んだとおりにおっぱいがおおきくて、

Milk will do squat if you don't put on weight and skirt on being overweight. It was recently found that young girls who were obese in the recent obesity crisis were displaying signs of puberty, so the trigger, for girls at least, is based on weight rather than age.

I assume you mean in actual mythology? Because I've never seen anything about variable forms in anything Touhou-related.
