There are some clues on the screen: I think I can make out Aya in many of the thumbnails (with almost certainty in the lower leftmost one), which would make a lot of sense. Another hint is the high score of all the pictures, which indicates a page of personal favorites. There's also no avatar image to the upper left, also indicating a page of favorites. A general search on "Aya Shameimaru" on Pixiv is going to have pics with all kinds of ratings mixed, not just high score ones.

I've seen quite a few posts on Danbooru where small things like that have been identified. It seems henmere's usually involved.
