It is really more of a moral issue here than rule and regulation.

Pressing too much on the opponent's weakness, while perfectly legit, can turn into a heel play in the ring...

Tenshi is (logically) awesome on the ground, while Utsuho is the ruler of the air, being pretty much the only one who can fly without using her power.

This is a team-up that actually *compliments* each other, if they play it right.

I kinda hope Shou gets demoralized, I want to see Byakuren fight

Yeah there's various way they compliment each other; Okuu's the heavy brusier while Tenshi is the tank.

I'm really not sure it's an actual plan, so much as neither of them seem to have an actual concept of wrestling.

Not sure if I should, but Okuu's face in panel 4... makes me want to put this into the "Unhappy Adorable" pool.
