I could agree with that assessment. She does look rather CAST-like here, especially with the solid "hair" casing/headdress.

Now that you guys mention it, yeah I can see it too. Sadly I can't confirm as the only tags on the original page were Youmu and Touhou, and was titled Mechamyon.

Definitely gettin' Mega Man X vibes here, but I can definitely see where y'all would get CAST from.
